1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Adora Clinic website and the aesthetic treatments and services we provide. By using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment at Adora Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Our aesthetic treatments are available to individuals aged 18 and over. We may require valid photo identification to verify your age before certain treatments. Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or who have certain medical conditions. Suitability will be assessed during your consultation.

3. Consultations

All clients are required to attend a consultation prior to receiving treatment for the first time. During your consultation, our practitioner will:

  • Assess your suitability for the requested treatment
  • Review your medical history and any relevant health conditions
  • Discuss the treatment process, expected outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare
  • Obtain your informed consent before proceeding

We offer free skin consultations. We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if, in our professional opinion, it would not be safe or appropriate for you.

4. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments can be booked via our website booking form, by telephone on 074 4001 5181, or by email at [email protected]. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.

We will confirm your appointment by phone, email, or text message. A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost
  • Failure to attend a booked appointment ("no-show") without prior notice may be subject to a fee of up to the full treatment cost
  • We reserve the right to require a deposit for future bookings following a no-show

6. Pricing and Payment

All treatment prices are listed on our website and are quoted in British Pounds (£). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although we will always confirm the price before proceeding with treatment.

  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept card payments and bank transfers
  • Package deals and multi-session discounts are available for selected treatments — please ask during your consultation
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically stated

7. Consent and Medical History

Before any treatment, you will be required to complete a consent form and provide an accurate and honest medical history. This may include information about your current medications, allergies, previous treatments, and any existing medical conditions.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your medical history or circumstances between appointments. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment, and Adora Clinic cannot be held liable in such circumstances.

8. Treatment Results and Expectations

Results from aesthetic treatments vary from person to person. During your consultation, our practitioner will discuss realistic expectations and potential outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results, as individual factors including skin type, health, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions all influence outcomes.

Before-and-after photographs may be taken for your medical records and to track your progress. These will only be used for marketing purposes with your explicit written consent.

9. Aftercare

Following your treatment, you will receive aftercare instructions specific to the procedure performed. It is important that you follow these instructions carefully to support the best possible outcome and minimise the risk of complications.

If you experience any unexpected side effects or concerns following treatment, please contact us immediately so we can advise you appropriately.

10. Risks and Complications

All aesthetic treatments carry some degree of risk. Common side effects may include temporary redness, swelling, bruising, or tenderness at the treatment area. More serious but rare complications will be discussed with you during your consultation and detailed in your consent form.

Adora Clinic carries appropriate professional indemnity insurance. Our practitioners are trained, qualified, and experienced in the treatments they perform.

11. Refunds and Complaints

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are generally not offered once a treatment has been performed. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns about your treatment.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your results, please contact us within 14 days of treatment so we can arrange a follow-up review
  • Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction treatment at our discretion
  • Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be acknowledged within 5 working days

Unused portions of treatment packages are non-refundable unless there is a medical reason preventing you from continuing treatment, in which case this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

12. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers, where offered, are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and must be presented at the time of treatment. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Adora Clinic shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power failures, or equipment breakdown.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
